University of Bucharest (UB) has been ranked as one of the most prestigious universities in Romania and the South-East of Europe, earning a strong national and international reputation. UB is an active part of the CIVIS network - a transnational collaboration of 10 European universities that aims at being a vector of change and innovation in the following areas: Health, Cities, Territories and Mobility, Climate, Environment, Energy, Digital and Technological Transformations, Society, Cultures and European Heritage.

The Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) is a young and dynamic structure of the university that offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics (business administration, marketing, economic cybernetics), and administrative sciences (public administration, public health).
